Containment Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is proud to offer customers who purchase the FUELMASTERTM SYSTEM an optional Start-Up and Maintenance & Service Program. These services will be provided at your job site location by CSI Field Service technicians. Service After the Sale: Both of these On-Site services allow CSI to offer customers a totally integrated vehicle fueling system assembled at the factory and field inspected by factory trained and qualified employees. Field Service offices are located in six strategic locations throughout the United States in order to offer quick turnaround time. Start-Up Service: Upon request from your installing contractor, a CSI technician will be dispatched to your location at the time of the first product delivery to make the final tank inspection and complete the tank system checklist. This service may be purchased at the same time the tank is ordered or within 90 days of tank delivery. The inspection will cover six primary areas:
Preventative Maintenance and Service Program: This service is available on an annual basis and can be scheduled directly with CSI Field Service by calling 800-822-1997. The Preventative Maintenance and Service Program covers the same inspection points as outlined above and may be purchased at the time the tank(s) is ordered or within one year following the original delivery date.
