Single Tank Inventory Control Panels
CPI-1H, 1D & 1N FOR ONE TANK
DESCRIPTION
Fluid Electronics, Inc. supplies a family of Inventory Control Panels designed for Single Tank installations - CPI 1. The panels are available in three models; CPI 1H; 1D; and 1N. All models provide monitoring for one inventory probe which includes intank water detection and several leak detection sensors, high and low fuel alarms, liquid detection in piping sumps and one of three leak detection capabilities in the annular space of double wall tanks. The CPI 1H provides leak detection via a dual float sensor in a "Hydrostatic" reservoir filled with Brine. The CPI 1D model provides "Discriminating" leak detection of the dry annular space, while the CPI 1N provides "Non-discriminating" leak detection of the dry annular space.
All panels are programmed at the factory in order to eliminate on-site programming requirements. The panels provide audible and visual readouts and optional printed reports for status of the various inventory probes and leak sensors. The CPI 1 panels provide a daylight visible display mounted on the exterior of the panel door. The standard panel enclosure is NEMA 1, a NEMA 4 enclosure is available as an option. The printer is not available with the NEMA 4 option. The CPI 1 panels are designed to work with Fluid Electronics' inventory probes (IPFW or IPFO), float switches (F series sensors) and liquid discriminating sensors (D series sensors) for intrinsically safe operation. See below for specific configurations.
